PLASTIC TUBING
Scanivalve stocks clear plastic tubing for many applications including:

Available stock materials are urethane, nylon, vinyl and Tefl on. Sizes are available to fi t over .031 inch through .125 inch tubulations. Tubing is sold by the spool.

This tough, lightweight tubing carries a 65°C*

TUBING CLAMPS AND SEALANT
Helical Tubing Clamps
These tubing clamps are used to clamp plastic tub-ing onto the stainless steel tubulations which extend from our Scanivalve modules and line of connectors, reducers and manifolds. The brass clamps fi t over our vinyl and urethane tubing and hold the tubing on the tubulation. The stainless steel clamps fi t over our nylon and Tefl on tubing.

Sealant for Use With Above
The use of sealant with the nylon tubing clamps is recommended for pressures above 250 psi. Brush the sealant lightly over the bulge of the steel tubula-tion. Then drive the nylon tubing with its clamp onto the tubulation. To order, specify ScanCo #SLNT2.

TUBULATIONS AND SPECIALIZED TUBING TOOLS
Bulged Stainless Steel Tubulations
Scanivalve manufactures a complete line of bulged stainless steel tubulations. The tubing is bulged on one end to insure leak tight connections. Scani- valve's plastic tubing and the brass or stainless steel helical tubing clamps fi t over this bulge. The customer should epoxy the nonbulged end into his equipment. The tubulations are manufactured to lengths between .55 inches and 8.0 inches.

Tubing Push-on Tool
This tool is designed for use with vinyl, nylon, Tefl on and urethane tubing. The tool is used by grasping the tubing adjacent to the clamp (after the clamp has been screwed onto the tubing) and pushing it onto our standard stainless steel tubulations. It can also be used to push on tubing without clamps.

SPECIALIZED TUBING TOOLS
NYCLAMP Screw-Back Tool
The nylon screw-back tool is designed to manu-ally install the helical clamps over the bulge of the tubulation. The screw-back tool is slipped onto the tubing so as to push the NYCLMP towards the tubulation bulge until the bulge is engaged. By rotating the screw-back tool a few revolutions, it will screw the NYCLMP up over the bulge. Continue turning the knurled handle on the screw-back tool until the clamp is located 80% over the bulge (on the side of the bulge away from the tubing).
Model NCSBTL2-063
The versatile long-handled version, Model NCSBTL3, is especially suited for installing the NYCLMPs in hard to reach locations.
The short-handled version, Model NCSBTL2, is used on Scanivalve's tubulations and panels where space is available.

The following connectors are ideal for making quick disconnects at test break points where space is important. These connectors have the high-est channel density per connector of all our round connectors. A fl at gasket is shipped with the male connector for sealing. This high density 48 or 73 channel connector is a very popular bulkhead quick disconnect containing either .063 inch O.D. tubulations or .040 inch O.D. tubulations. This pneumatic connector is also used on our ZOCTCU Thermal Control Units. It can be used up to 500 psi.

QUICK COUPLERS
Quick Coupler (patented)
This quick coupler is designed for use during pres-sure testing, where there is a need for changing pressure "hook-ups" similar to the use of electrical clip leads. They can be used with random lengths of stainless tubing (ends must be chamfered).
