Parnells a débuté dans le secteur Castor Wheel en 1951 à Dublin lorsque George et Muriel Parnell ont repris l'agence des roulettes Flexello en Irlande. Ils ont constitué une solide base de clients au fil des années, grâce aux produits de bonne qualité qu'ils ont vendus et à l'excellent service client auquel ils ont adhéré.
Leur fils Leslie Parnell a repris l'entreprise en 1981, continuant à développer l'entreprise tout en ajoutant une large gamme de composants et de pièces de remorque. La solide éthique de travail de Leslie a permis à l'entreprise de continuer à prospérer et à la clientèle de croître.
En 2003, Parnells a ajouté une nouvelle gamme de produits dans la catégorie « Pneus spécialisés ».
Ce groupe de produits vaste et diversifié comprend des pneus pour brouettes, équipements d'entretien du gazon, véhicules utilitaires et remorques. En travaillant en étroite collaboration avec le fabricant, Parnells a rapidement pu prendre pied sur le marché et cette gamme est devenue l'un des groupes de produits les plus performants.
En 2016, Richard Parnell a repris l'entreprise en tant que troisième génération de la famille Parnell à diriger l'entreprise. Avec de solides investissements dans des bureaux et des entrepôts, un stock accru et des systèmes informatiques et EPR améliorés ainsi qu'une structure d'entreprise solide, Richard a assuré que l'entreprise dispose d'une base solide pour construire l'avenir.
Parnells est largement présent dans les secteurs OEM et Aftermarket partout en Europe et en Scandinavie, offrant une large gamme de produits de qualité à des prix compétitifs et un service imbattable à tous les clients.
